Challenge
Located in Cornelius, North Carolina, Aquesta Bank is dedicated to providing convenience, unsurpassed customer service and variety of cost effective financial solutions to the Lake Norman community. Aquesta Bank first launched an investor focused website which initially served the purpose of the institution. Since then, Aquesta Bank has established itself with strong presence in the community which required a new consumer-focused website to promote the Bank’s services and aid in acquiring new customer relationships.
Solution
Aquesta Bank selected E-dreamz to revamp the organization’s online presence which included analyzing the Bank’s primary goals and objectives and taking a design and architecture approach that puts the customer first. Aquesta Bank’s new website includes detailed information on its financial services, account activation forms, promotions, up-to-date rate information and video demos to help educate customers.

The new website has helped Aquesta Bank solidify its brand message, stay in touch with customers better and reduce the amount of time required for customers to open a new account or apply for financial products. Aquesta Bank values its content management system that allows the bank to easily update information, thus keeping content fresh and providing users with a reason to return to the website time and time again.
