Our solutions engineering team will conduct a discovery meeting with key stakeholders at your business to gain a complete understanding of your website's size, complexity, functions and integrations. We will then develop a scope of work that outlines all deliverables and estimated number of implementation hours needed to effectively execute on all project priorities.

E-dreamz provides fully managed hosting to all of our clients. Your monthly hosting & licensing fee includes both website hosting and related activities as well as ongoing licensing and dot-version upgrades to our Remedy CMS website management platform.
All standard hosting accounts receive the following services, features and allotments:

EHS offers priority support and upgraded hosting options for clients who select an SLA Plan. Our SLA Plans are designed for high-volume, resource-intensive, or technically complex websites - or for clients who simply prefer priority support and/or dedicated hosting. Each SLA plan includes both upgraded hosting resources as well as Support Hours to respond to routine requests.

Includes 15 Support Hours and Enterprise Tier prioritization & escalation.
*Additional web servers can be added to dedicated environments as need for a fixed cost increase of $125 per month per server.
» Hosting Allotments & Terms
Requests: Requests are defined as any HTTP(S) request to the web server to process information. This includes images, CSS files, JavaScript files, etc… If your website exceeds the requests allotment for your hosting plan, the requests overage will be billed at a rate of $1 per 10,000 requests.
Bandwidth: Bandwidth is defined as the amount of data from the website that is transferred from the server to the user. If your website exceeds the bandwidth allotment for your hosting plan, the bandwidth overage will be billed at a rate of $.05 per additional gb of sent data.
Storage: Additional web storage can be purchased in 5gb blocks for a rate of $20 per block.
Backups: Backups are performed nightly and stored for a period of 30 days.
Monitoring: Active monitoring is in place to provide real-time alerts to the E-dreamz system administration team for performance drops, outages, or other performance issues.
